Want to enhance your leadership team’s effectiveness?

Leading a homeschool co-op or support group requires dedication, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed. Your efforts significantly impact the lives of the families you serve!

And leading a group is a lot of work and comes with unique challenges.

Don't let working together be one of them!

By understanding and leveraging each team member's unique talent, you can maximize collaboration, enhance communication, and create a more harmonious and effective group environment.

Many parents become involved in a homeschool co-op or support group leadership role by accident. They saw a need related to their children's education, and they stepped up to serve.

They didn't consider themselves leaders, but they found themselves employing project management techniques, engaging in conversations with a wide range of people, and resolving conflicts between group members, all while trying to ensure the group met the needs of the students and parents.

Somewhere along the way, they realized they were leaders.

They work alongside other leaders. Even if everyone on the leadership team gets along, bringing a group of individuals together as a cohesive team requires commitment and dedication.

Team coaching is designed to help you do just that. By focusing on your team's individual and collective strengths, team coaching can empower you to maximize collaboration, enhance communication, and create a more harmonious and effective group environment.

I was able to give myself permission to be and accept myself.

Through her coaching, I was able to discover awareness of my behavior and thought patterns, identify beneficial aspects of who I was created to be and the way I’ve been made, and give myself permission to be and accept myself.

Homeschool Co-op or Support Group Team Coaching provides an opportunity to focus on your team's individual and collective strengths. It can empower your team to maximize collaboration, enhance communication, and create a more harmonious and effective group environment.

Step 1: Contact me.

After filling out the form below, I'll email you to get more details or schedule a Discovery Call where we can get to know each other and determine if a coaching relationship would be a good fit for both of us. This is not a high-pressure sales call. Think of it more like interviewing a tutor for your child.

Due to the limitations of my coaching platform, one person in your organization will need to schedule the coffee chat and share the Zoom link with your other leaders. Clients enrolled in a team coaching package will receive their own Zoom link email. This is only a limitation for coffee chats.

Step 2: Enroll.

Once you are ready to begin your coaching journey, you can choose the coaching package that best matches your goals and book your first session. You'll then sign the coaching contract and complete a brief (less than 5 minutes) new client form.

Step 3: Start your coaching journey.

As soon as you complete the enrollment process, you will receive an email providing information on how to navigate the coaching platform and join your coaching call. If you choose a Strengths Coaching session, you will receive instructions for how to complete your CliftonStrengths assessment within 48 hours.

Through coaching and the Holy Spirit's help, I have realized many things about myself and made many changes that have helped me become a better version of myself. Frequently Asked Questions

Still have some questions?

Coaching is a dynamic, thought-provoking, and creative process focused on helping you live the life you want. It is action-oriented, with an emphasis on enhancing performance, productivity, or satisfaction in various areas of life. We will explore your vision and dreams of where you want to be, identify where you are right now, and work to remove obstacles and roadblocks preventing you from achieving your goals and dreams.

I will provide a safe space for you to take a deep breath and step out of the hustle and bustle of life. You are the expert on your life. Instead of providing one-size-fits-all advice, I’ll partner with you by listening without judgment and asking thought-provoking questions to help you discern your next step.

Individual Coaching focuses on one person’s personal and professional development. The coach works closely with the individual to identify goals, challenges, and strengths, offering tailored support to overcome the challenges so the individual can achieve their goals. The process is highly personalized, allowing for deep exploration of the individual's needs, values, and aspirations.

Team Coaching, on the other hand, involves working with a group of people, usually within the same organization. The coach helps the team improve communication, collaboration, and overall performance. The focus is on group dynamics, team roles, and collective goals, aiming to enhance how the team functions together.

In short, individual coaching is about personal growth, while team coaching is about improving how a group works together.
