Life Coaching To Help You Launch Your Children Into Adulthood (and Rediscover Your Next Steps)
A safe space to process the emotions of your kids growing up
and rediscover who you are beyond being mom.

When your children are little, it’s easy to know what needs to be done, the next meal, the next lesson, the next practice. But as they grow into teenagers and step toward independence, the rhythm changes.
Suddenly you’re not only letting go of control with them, but you’re also left asking big questions about yourself: What’s next for me? Who am I now? How do I want to use this next season of my life?
This transition can feel disorienting, exciting, and scary all at once. Coaching gives you a calm, judgment-free space to slow down, untangle your thoughts, and discover your next step, for your own life, and for how you want to walk alongside your children as they launch into adulthood.
What You Can Expect

- Gentle but honest questions that help you sort through the swirl and get clear on what’s really going on beneath the surface
- Support that helps you move from uncertainty to clarity and confidence
- Not a one-size-fits-all plan, but simple next steps that fits you and your season

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Crystal Wagner. I’m a parent-teen relationship coach, and I help moms launch their teenagers into adulthood with grace and confidence. As my daughters became more independent, I needed to learn new strategies for connecting with them, and I needed to rediscover who I was.
Now, I walk alongside other moms in this season, creating a calm space where you can learn simple but powerful ways of listening so you can stay connected with your children as they mature and discern your next steps.
Frequently Asked Questions
Here are answers to some of the most common questions women ask before starting coaching, so you can feel confident about taking your next step. If you have a question that is not answered here, schedule a free Discovery Call.
Coaching is a dynamic, thought-provoking, and creative process focused on helping you live the life you want. It is action-oriented, with an emphasis on enhancing performance, productivity, or satisfaction in various areas of life. We will explore your vision and dreams of where you want to be, identify where you are right now, and work to remove obstacles and roadblocks preventing you from achieving your goals and dreams.
I will provide a safe space for you to take a deep breath and step out of the hustle and bustle of life. You are the expert on your life. Instead of providing one-size-fits-all advice, I’ll partner with you by listening without judgment and asking thought-provoking questions to help you discern your next step.

I work with women in seasons of transition who want clarity, confidence, and peace about what’s next. These transitions can take many forms, such as:
- Starting something new or stepping into a different role
- Closing a chapter and wondering what comes next
- Launching a child into adulthood or adjusting to the empty nest
- In a sandwich season of life, caring for children and aging parents
- Shifting a business or leadership focus to better align with values and energy
- Rediscovering identity beyond the role of “mom,” “teacher,” or caregiver
- Feeling a nudge toward “more” but unsure what that looks like
No matter the situation, the common thread is this: you know change is happening, you feel the swirl of questions and decisions, and you don’t want to guess your way forward. Together, we create a safe, reflective space to sort through the noise, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with faith-filled confidence.
Every client’s journey is unique, but most women notice a shift within the first few sessions. That might look like feeling lighter and less overwhelmed, gaining focus in the middle of transition, or experiencing new clarity about what matters most right now.
Because coaching with me is reflective and strengths-oriented, you won’t just leave with good feelings. You’ll leave each session with clarity, confidence, and a simple next step you can apply immediately. Over time, these small, intentional shifts build momentum and lead to the meaningful, sustainable change you’ve been longing for.
1:1 coaching calls are held via Zoom, telephone call, or FaceTime. Team and group coaching calls are held via Zoom. You'll receive instructions on how to connect once your payment is completed.
In-person coaching in the Oklahoma City metro is available for businesses.
Individual Coaching focuses on one person’s personal and professional development. The coach works closely with the individual to identify goals, challenges, and strengths, offering tailored support to overcome the challenges so the individual can achieve their goals. The process is highly personalized, allowing for deep exploration of the individual's needs, values, and aspirations.
Group Coaching brings together individuals who may not work on the same team but share common goals, roles, or experiences. The coach facilitates conversations that promote reflection, connection, and growth for individuals in the group. Participants benefit from shared insights and mutual support while working toward their individual goals. The process creates a sense of community, expands perspective, and encourages accountability through group interaction.
Team Coaching involves working with a group of people, usually within the same organization. The coach helps the team improve communication, collaboration, and overall performance. The focus is on group dynamics, team roles, and collective goals, aiming to enhance how the team functions together.
Absolutely. This coaching space is designed to be calm, spacious, and reflective, creating a supportive environment for women who are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or simply wired to process information more deeply.

Because my approach is neurodiversity-informed and strengths-based, you’ll find that sessions move at a pace that works for you. Together, we’ll create a coaching rhythm that feels safe, sustainable, and life-giving.

That’s a great question, and one I hear a lot. The best way to find out is to schedule a Discovery Call. This isn’t a high-pressure sales conversation. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where we can get to know each other, talk about what you’re hoping for, and see if faith-based life coaching is a good fit for your season.
By the end of our call, you’ll have more clarity about whether coaching is the right next step for you. There are no strings attached.
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To honor both, here’s what you can expect:
