Live out your God-given strengths!

I partner with clients to create a safe space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings about what’s happening and how they want to move forward. I ask questions, reflect back what they’re saying, and make observations about what I’m noticing.

Ways we can work together

Next Steps Workbook

The Next Steps Workbook walks you through exercises to better understand yourself and how to implement the five steps of thriving as a Next Step Homeschool Parent. After completing the workbook, you will have a clearer vision of your purpose and calling for your life after you finish homeschooling.

Next Steps Coaching Program

The Next Step Coaching Program provides a safe space to (re)discover the unique way God created you, clarify your next calling, and create a doable and motivating plan for living it out. After working through this program, you will have a clearer vision of how you want to impact the world after you finish homeschooling.

Life Coaching and CliftonStrengths Assessments

Life coaching sessions provide a safe space to identify obstacles and mindsets preventing you from living a purposeful life consistent with your strengths and values. By the end of each session, you will have identified how you want to move forward and created a doable and motivating action plan.

Team Coaching and CliftonStrengths Assessments

Homeschool Co-op or Support Group Team Coaching provides an opportunity to focus on your team's individual and collective strengths. It can empower your team to maximize collaboration, enhance communication, and create a more harmonious and effective group environment.

I was able to give myself permission to be and accept myself.

Through her coaching, I was able to discover awareness of my behavior and thought patterns, identify beneficial aspects of who I was created to be and the way I’ve been made, and give myself permission to be and accept myself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have some questions?

Coaching is a dynamic, thought-provoking, and creative process focused on helping you live the life you want. It is action-oriented, with an emphasis on enhancing performance, productivity, or satisfaction in various areas of life. We will explore your vision and dreams of where you want to be, identify where you are right now, and work to remove obstacles and roadblocks preventing you from achieving your goals and dreams.

I will provide a safe space for you to take a deep breath and step out of the hustle and bustle of life. You are the expert on your life. Instead of providing one-size-fits-all advice, I’ll partner with you by listening without judgment and asking thought-provoking questions to help you discern your next step.

Individual Coaching focuses on one person’s personal and professional development. The coach works closely with the individual to identify goals, challenges, and strengths, offering tailored support to overcome the challenges so the individual can achieve their goals. The process is highly personalized, allowing for deep exploration of the individual's needs, values, and aspirations.

Team Coaching, on the other hand, involves working with a group of people, usually within the same organization. The coach helps the team improve communication, collaboration, and overall performance. The focus is on group dynamics, team roles, and collective goals, aiming to enhance how the team functions together.

In short, individual coaching is about personal growth, while team coaching is about improving how a group works together.

Great question! You can contact me through this form. After receiving your inquiry, I'll email you to get more details or schedule a Discovery Call where we can get to know each other and determine if a coaching relationship would be a good fit for both of us.

1:1 coaching calls are held via telephone or Zoom. Group coaching calls are held via Zoom. You'll receive instructions on how to connect once your payment is completed.

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer in-person coaching at this time.

We can work together for as long as you need. Some clients only need a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others continue the coaching relationship for a year or more as they work on several goals.

We can meet as often as you need. Most new clients find a rhythm of two sessions per month, every other week, helps them to make progress toward their goals while not overwhelming their schedule. A few clients choose to meet weekly. Clients in a maintenance phase who are not pursuing new goals often meet once a month to address new issues that arise.

Most new team coaching clients enroll in a monthly team coaching package (1 1:1 coaching session per leader per month and 1 team coaching session per month). Other options are available. We can discuss your needs and frequency of sessions during the coffee chat.

My time is valuable, as is yours. Therefore, I do not offer refunds for coaching sessions.

Coaching sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to our scheduled meeting. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of our call are subject to forfeiting your session fee.

If you are late for a session, you will lose that portion of the session time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, the session will be canceled without a refund.

All appointments must be booked within six months of the purchase date. Any remaining appointments not scheduled by six months from purchase will expire.
