Flourishing with ADHD Seminar

Your brain is not broken. It just works differently.

I knew typical systems did not work for me.
I always tweaked them.
And I still had trouble accomplishing my goals.

After I received my ADHD diagnosis, it all made sense!

My brain works differently.
Of course, I needed to view life differently.

But what does an ADHD brain need to flourish and thrive?

That's the tricky part. It's different for every person with ADHD!

There are common themes and useful tips, but what works for one person doesn't always work for another. Heck, what works for me one day doesn't always work next week.

Even though there isn't a one-size-fits-all, simple solution, you don't need to despair!

As you learn about ADHD, you'll learn why you think, feel, and act the way you do. Then, you can create a customized action plan designed to work with your brain, not against it.

Hi, I'm Crystal Wagner.

I’ve been there. I had read so many books about time management, but nothing really stuck. I didn't accomplish my goals.

When I was diagnosed as Autistic and ADHD at 47, I felt relief to know there's hope. I can figure out how to get important things done and not always chase the next shiny object.

Since my diagnosis, I've read countless books, watched hours of videos, and listened to more podcast episodes than I can count.

Little by little I figured out strategies that actually work for me.

I don't always get it right. I still struggle. But I have more days that I make progress toward what is important to me.

Consider this your invitation to join our community of thriving ADHDers!

What is the Flourishing with ADHD Seminar?

The Flourishing with ADHD Seminar is a 6-week small group coaching program based on the book, Your Brain's Not Broken by Tamara Rosier, PhD.

Participants describe it as finally finding their tribe and feeling at home.

They realized they are not the only ones struggling.

It's an opportunity to talk about your challenges and struggles openly with others who get it and don't judge.

You'll learn about how your ADHD brain works, discover tips and strategies to experiment with, and feel more equipped to support yourself.

What can you expect from the seminar?

We'll meet as a group for 75 minutes once a week for six weeks. Each week (except Week 1), we'll discuss a portion of the book and how it might apply to your life. You'll leave with a few tiny experiments you can try over the next week.

At the end of the six weeks, you'll have a customized plan of action to help you make forward progress in one area of your life.

In addition to the group sessions, you also get one 30-minute 1:1 coaching session. Most people use this 2-6 weeks after the group coaching to talk about what's working with their plan and what they need to tweak.

Afraid you'll get behind in the reading? I chose this book because the chapters are not very long, and the reading is accessible. But don't worry if you get behind! It happens to everyone. Still come to the group session. You'll learn from others and have new awareness and insight into how your brain works.

Curious what we'll discuss each week?

(I like to know specifics, too.)

  • Week 1 – Getting started and getting to know each other
  • Week 2 – Understanding my ADHD
  • Week 3 – ADHD Thought Life
  • Week 4 – Time, Energy, and Motivation
  • Week 5 – Emotional Health and Healthy Boundaries
  • Week 6 – Integration and Next Steps

Who is this seminar for?

This seminar is for individuals with ADHD, those who suspect they have ADHD, or those who simply aren't accomplishing what they want to and think they need to explore a different method.

We will work through an ADHD lens, but you do not need an ADHD diagnosis to participate.

You might notice some of these symptoms in your life:

  • Feeling different
  • Chronic overwhelm
  • Difficulty getting started
  • Inconsistent follow-through
  • Feeling stuck despite good intentions
  • Shame around productivity
  • Having lots of ideas but struggling to execute and carry them out
