Brick by Brick ICF Group Mentor Coaching

Fusion of LEGO® Serious Play® and ICF Core Competencies

Many coaches understand the ICF Core Competencies conceptually.

But in the moment of coaching, it can be harder to recognize what’s happening, trust your instincts, or know what to do next.

LEGO® Serious Play® offers a unique professional development experience. You move beyond conceptual knowledge and experience the ICF Core Competencies in a concrete and memorable way.

Each week, we will:

  • Explore an ICF Core Competency through LEGO® Serious Play®
  • Improve coaching skills through live peer coaching and feedback
  • Reflect on and explore coaching supervision topics (to be determined by the group)

After our time together, you will:

  • Be more confident in your coaching.
  • Understand the competencies in a concrete way that sticks.
  • Know what you are doing well and where to focus your attention to improve.

Hi, I'm Crystal Wagner.

As a high-sensory, AuDHD life and leadership coach, coach supervisor, and mentor coach, I know how important it is to invest in your professional development in creative and fun ways.

I've experienced the power of LEGO® Serious Play® in my own professional development journey, and I have seen first-hand how powerful this hands-on methodology has helped me understand the ICF Core Competencies and integrate them into my coaching in an authentic and embodied way.

I'm excited to offer this opportunity to help you grow as a coach.

Why LEGO® Serious Play®?

Because sometimes words aren’t enough.

LEGO® Serious Play® was developed by the LEGO Group to inspire creativity, communication, and collaboration. Through building and storytelling, you can access insights that often remain hidden when relying only on words.

This isn’t about making something artistic or impressive. It’s a guided process that helps you think with your hands—slowing your thoughts, surfacing what’s beneath the surface, and giving shape to ideas you may not have been able to articulate before.

It’s thoughtful, interactive, and surprisingly fun!

This professional development experience includes:
